This was a pleasant surprise. Back in 2006, I submitted my Genotower to the first evolo competition, where it didn’t place. However, it was published in their book and now has been showcased as “Special Mention” on their new and improved website.

This is a great sculpture. It is not architecture or any form of a built structure that a human could inhabit. This becomes the problem of students. They get so driven by computer and scripting; that they forget what architecture is really about.
